Welp, 2026 started with a bang over here. Not the kind of peaceful start I was hoping for but more like 'major water damage, displacement, and I could buy a small island for this kind of money' kind of start.
It's taken me a few weeks to catch my breath and now that I have a plan (demo on the ENTIRE front of my home starts on today) - sooo, I thought it was a good time to share some tips on getting contractor bids.
