I'm over here mid-way through the mini remodel for my sons' bathroom. New countertops are in, light fixture up, and walls painted. Stalling out with the cabinets - but I have a new color lined up! But, this process got me thinking about all the other bathroom projects I've done.
From total remodels to budget spruce ups - I've done them all. One thing I learned along the way is that a bathroom mirror can make a huge impact - and there are so many budget friendly options out there. Here, I'm sharing 3 upgrades I've used along with tips, tricks, and resources.
Bathroom Mirror Upgrades

I'll share the basics here and click on the article below for all the details:
Paint Existing Mirror Frame: Use what it there! If it's in good shape, it might be worth keeping & painting. That is how I gave this bathroom a mini facelift right before selling. A true neutral black goes a long way... I use Tricorn Black for most of home updates.
Frame Builder Grade Mirror: This is pretty darn close to genius level DIY. So insanely easy. You just buy a kit to ADD a frame to an existing builder grade mirror (you know, the large flat ones). I did this and it completely transformed the space. I used the Dawson Frame My Mirror Kit in Black.
Replace Mirror: When the other two options aren't the right choice or going for a full remodel, replacing the bathroom mirror is often easier than it seems. I just did it in the boys bathroom, replacing (and donating) the old mirror with a more modern option. I used this Large Bathroom Mirror for my current project with great success (see below) and this one is a tried and true favorite for Small Bathroom Mirrors.
