Have you noticed the 90's are coming back in a major way? Maybe it's because I have teen boys who both are (re)discovering bands like Nirvana and vintage collegiate sweatshirts (vintage as in the year I graduated college, 2001).
You know what, we're seeing this trend in the home world as well. And while I'm not generally one to jump on a trend band wagon of any sort - clothes or otherwise - I am happy to see these shifts.
Overall, I'm seeing a shift towards embracing wood elements, moving away from the all-white everything aesthetic (trim+ door+ cabinets + banisters), and also the addition of warmer paint colors. And I think that will give a lot of us the freedom to fall in love with our homes again!

Shifting to Wood Kitchen & Bathroom Cabinets - yep, there a strong resurgence of wood cabinetry! I'm currently rocking oak cabinets and am going to sand them down + add natural stain
All White Everything is Not the Default - we're seeing a lot more wood trim work (I did!), a variety of trim elements, and more bold choices like color drenching
Warmer Paint Colors- Here's the pendulum away from the cool grays - lots more tans & khaki paint colors out there. Might be too much for some but the takeaway is a cozy, earthy vibe
